3 Steps To Arrange Your Savings

  1. First, submit this form for a referral to the real estate agent(s) of your choice.  We’ll let you know when we receive a signed referral fee agreement from the agent.

  2. Next, negotiate your commission as low as you can and sign a listing agreement with your preferred broker.

  3. Last, submit this form.  We’ll email your agent (with a copy to you) a “Referral Fee Assignment” authorizing your agent to give our referral fee to you.

  • Note:  Before your sale closes your agent should arrange to deduct the referral fee from their commission.  Otherwise, they should deliver a check to you in the form of a commission rebate shortly after the sale closes.  If you do not receive your savings present the Referral Fee Assignment (that we sent to you in step 3 above) to your agent’s broker to prove that they owe you the money.
